Product Description:

This die set is a large Layering Cathedral with incredible amounts of detail. This set is about 6x4 inches in size and includes the detailed top layer that has several window cut outs on the Cathedral itself, that allows you to layer behind vellum or maybe yellow or orange card stocks to make it look like there is light glowing through the Cathedral windows. There are also two additional layers of window details that can be added to varies places on top of the large cathedral for additional dimension and texture and to introduce more colors into your project. You also receive a perfectly matching shadow piece, which allows you to cut a backer card for your cathedral or a silhouette of the cathedral if for example you are creating a cathedral far in the distance for example. The options are pretty endless. You can add this cathedral to your trifold cards, to any 5x7 flat card design as a full on cover-plate or you can build your own wrap around card designs. Depending on other images you use with the Cathedral, you can make this cathedral more spooky and scary or more Halloween whimsical and fun. Consider to combine this die with our gargoyle sets or with the grim reaper and you will have the beginnings of an epic Halloween card.

This Metal Craft Die can be combined with any other products/ images from our latest Gothic Halloween collection, which released in August 2025 and that are sold separately.

Directions for metal craft die use:

1. Gently remove the metal craft die from it’s packaging
2. Using your favorite die-cutting machine, lay a piece of strong card-stock facing the sharp edges of the die and run the required “plate sandwich” through your machine (please note that different machines use different die-cutting sandwiches)
3. These dies are thin steel dies and they work in most available manual and automatic die cutting machines, such as your Vagabond, Cuttlebug, Gemini, Gemini junior, Spellbinder’s Platinum, Big Kick, Big Shot etc.
4. Dies work on different thin materials, including paper, cardstock, specialty foiled or glitter papers
