The “Poinsettia Pop Up Tunnel Card Metal Craft Die” is the main die of the Poinsettia Tunnel Series. It is a very large die set, that you will receive on not just one, but two die sheets. The set includes everything you need to build a traditional tunnel (shadow box type) card with a pretty oval cut out in front, that is simplistic and can be paired with all kinds of add-ons and card designs and will be useful well beyond Christmas. We are also including several poinsettia flowers that each come in two layers, an embossed layer and a cut out detailed layer. You can layer the flowers or use them individually. Consider to use specialty card stock like glitters, foils, vellum, acetate etc for extra precious flowers. These cards can be dressed down with maybe a gingham pattern paper or blinged up with craft rhinestone stones or pretty craft pearls for extra “blingy” flowers. Also included is a skinny oval frame, several greenery pieces (pine needles and little berry sprigs) as well as a useful sidewall rectangle that helps in building your tunnel cards. While you can always cut your own sidewall, this set is the most versatile of all the tunnels, because the sidewall is included with this tunnel design. The poinsettia tunnel is a great starting point for elegant and traditional Christmas cards. Please also check out the matching add-on die sets for the Poinsettia tunnel. You will enjoy to make these beautiful large tunnel cards that (when folded flat) will fit into a standard A7 (5x7 inch) envelope for easy mailing. Some of these dies may also further extend on last year’s trifold card collection by providing you with additional dies/side walls for your favorite trifold design.

Directions for metal craft die use:

1. Gently remove the metal craft die from it’s packaging
2. Using your favorite die-cutting machine, lay a piece of strong card-stock facing the sharp edges of the die and run the required “plate sandwich” through your machine (please note that different machines use different die-cutting sandwiches)
3. These dies are thin steel dies and they work in most available manual and automatic die cutting machines, such as your Vagabond, Cuttlebug, Gemini, Gemini junior, Spellbinder’s Platinum, Big Kick, Big Shot etc.
4. Dies work on different thin materials, including paper, cardstock, specialty foiled or glitter papers
